Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for the Cosmetic Gynecology Conference (CGC Georgia). We understand that circumstances may change. The following refund and cancellation policy applies to all conference registrations, workshops, and applicable registration packages purchased through our official website.

Cancellation by the Participant

Refunds are calculated based on the date the written cancellation request is received in relation to the official event start date:

– 60 days or more before the event: 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
– 30–59 days before the event: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
– 15–29 days before the event: 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
– 14 days or less before the event: No refund will be provided.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the official contact details provided on the CGC Georgia website.

Processing & Transaction Fees

Any payment gateway, bank, currency-conversion, administrative, or transaction fees incurred during the original payment or refund process are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for registration.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the conference, workshop, or other booked activity without submitting an eligible cancellation request will not be entitled to a refund.

Registration & Workshop Changes

Workshop seats and conference registrations are subject to availability. Requests to transfer or change a workshop, package, or registration may be considered by the Organizing Committee but are not guaranteed.

Event Changes

CGC Georgia reserves the right to modify the scientific program, speakers, workshops, schedule, venue, or other event arrangements when necessary.

Such program changes do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.

Event Cancellation by the Organizer

If the event is fully cancelled by the organizer and no alternative date or arrangement is provided, registered participants will be informed of the applicable refund procedure.

CGC Georgia will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including airline tickets, visa costs, accommodation, transportation, or other personal travel-related expenses.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must include:

– Participant’s full name
– Registration email address
– Registration or payment reference number
– Reason for cancellation

Refund eligibility will be determined according to the date on which the cancellation request is received.

By completing registration and payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
