Professor Dr. Bahir-Edouard Elias is a distinguished dual board-certified surgeon, currently serving as Senior Consultant at the University Teaching Hospital of Besançon, France. The French National Medical Council recognizes him for a rare combination of specialties. He holds certifications in both plastic, aesthetic & reconstructive surgery and orthopaedic & traumatologic surgery.

He holds dual nationality (Egyptian/French) and is fluent in Arabic, French, and English. As a result, he actively participates in humanitarian medical missions across the globe. Dr. Elias has led and participated in numerous surgical programs worldwide, particularly in post-FGM genital reconstruction, aesthetic genital procedures, and trauma and limb surgeries.
