Dr. Beril Özlem Leylek has been practicing as a medical aesthetics specialist since 1999. She is the Founder of Mesoest Academy, CEO of Mesoest Polyclinics, and Chair of the Board of Directors of Mesoestetik Health and Aesthetics Services Ltd.

Dr. Leylek developed and registered her own facial-remodelling technique, COMBO FACE. She is an international expert speaker in rejuvenation and vesicular medicine and has delivered her registered Medical Aesthetic VIP Course, providing professional certification, for 27 years.

Beyond her clinical and educational work, Dr. Leylek served for six years as Chair of the Board of GAGİKAD, the Gaziantep Entrepreneurial Businesswomen Association.
