Prof. Dr. Israa Hashim Abd Al-Kareem is a Professor and Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology with extensive clinical, academic, and teaching experience. She holds a Fellowship of the Iraqi Board for Medical Specializations in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics, a Diploma in Health Professions Education, and a Professional Diploma in Aesthetic Gynecology.

She currently serves as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the College of Medicine, Tikrit University, and is responsible for the Tikrit Training Center for the Iraqi Board in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her professional interests also include aesthetic gynecology and female sexual health, with additional specialized training in aesthetic gynecology technologies, including EVA and DAFNE training in Milan, Italy.
