Dr. Yulia is an Obstetrician-gynecologist and gynecologist-endocrinologist with 27 years of clinical, academic, and health-system leadership experience. Both doctoral theses address endocrine disorders of reproduction and their systemic and metabolic consequences — systemic disturbances in surgical menopause, and bone metabolism disorders in women with anovulatory infertility. Former Chief Obstetrician-Gynecologist of the Republic of Belarus and Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Health (5 years), with national-level experience in clinical guideline development, health legislation, and coordination of the obstetric-gynecologic service. Maintains close professional ties with leading international experts in reproductive endocrinology, menopause, and perinatal medicine; initiated her professional association’s accession to FIGO, ESHRE, and EAPM, and has served as speaker and session moderator at major international congresses.
