Dr. Mamuka Nemsadze is a senior obstetrician-gynecologist and the respected Clinical Director at Zhordania Medical Center in Georgia. In over 30 years of practice, he has established himself as a top specialist in women’s health, particularly in high-risk obstetrics, surgical gynecology, and, more recently, cosmetic gynecology. His work is defined by a combination of medical precision, administrative leadership, and a patient-centered philosophy.
Throughout his extensive career, Dr. Mamuka Nemsadze has held numerous leadership roles. He served as Head of the Obstetric-Gynaecological Department at the 5th Clinical Hospital since 2014 and played a key role in shaping care standards at the Acad. O. Ghudushauri National Medical Center, where he served as the department head from 2008 to 2016. Additionally, his tenure at the Maternity Home of the Holy Joachim and Anna, under the Patriarchate of All Georgia, reflects his long-standing commitment to both clinical excellence and community-focused maternity services.
In his current role as Clinical Director, Dr. Mamuka Nemsadze is focused on integrating advanced technologies into routine gynecological care. In addition, he emphasizes the use of minimally invasive techniques and aesthetic approaches to enhance patient outcomes. He has an interest in cosmetic gynecology since he knows how much function and appearance mean to women’s vaginal health. Additionally, he believes in ethical, evidence-based practice and patient education as essential elements of successful results in cosmetic procedures.
